Maxcess Appoints Raymond Baran as Interim CEO
Maxcess announces a leadership transition as Odd Joergenrud steps down as CEO and Raymond Baran is appointed interim CEO.
Odd Joergenrud will step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Since joining Maxcess in 2019, he led the company through several significant achievements, including:
- merging Maxcess and RotoMetrics
- enhancing the global leadership team
- leading two impactful business acquisitions
- increasing the company’s focus on new product development
On behalf of Maxcess, we thank Odd for his contributions and wish him the best in his future endeavors.
Effective immediately, Raymond Baran has been appointed Interim CEO. Ray brings a long history with the Berwind Group, which acquired Maxcess in 2018.
