THRIVE Implements Revised Peer Mentorship Program
THRIVE is launching a revised peer mentorship program this fall. The new model allows only senior THRIVE students to serve as mentors.
According to Interim Director of THRIVE Mo Nunez, the goal of the program is to connect first-year students from first-generation or low-income backgrounds with upperclass peers who can offer advice on navigating the transition to college.

The goal of the THRIVE peer mentorship program is to connect new first-year students from first-generation or low-income backgrounds with upperclass peers who can share advice on navigating the transition to college.
The ambassador program enables sophomores and juniors to build on their experiences as THRIVE mentees by planning events and suggesting program improvements in groups.
