Jordanian-Moroccan Agreement on the Transfer of Convicted Persons
The Ministry of Justice headquarters witnessed the signing ceremony of two important judicial agreements between the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Kingdom of Morocco.
These agreements aim to enhance the strong fraternal relations between the two countries and include:
- The transfer of those sentenced to penal sanctions
- Mutual legal and judicial assistance in criminal and penal matters
The agreements were signed by
Dr. Bassam Talhouni, Minister of Justice, representing the Jordanian governmentand
Mr. Minister of Justice, representing the Kingdom of Morocco.
