Police Raid Hotel in Search for McDonald's Robbery Suspect
Colonie Police and Saratoga County Sheriff's Deputies raided the Econo Lodge Inn Suites in Colonie on Saturday night.
The raid was part of the search for 32-year-old Joseph Hess, accused of robbing a 76-year-old woman at a McDonald's parking lot in Ballston.
According to authorities, Hess stole the woman's pocketbook and then ran over her with his car, causing compound leg fractures.
