The owners of Coba aim to create a unique wellness experience by tapping into geothermal wells, with a planned investment of a half-million-dollar tax credit.
The team behind Coba has a grand vision for a pool-packed wellness mecca south of downtown Denver, but for now, they have introduced a mobile sauna, the Cobacita, at the planned site in the La Alma neighborhood.
