Accused Killer of Charlie Kirk Allowed to Wear Street Clothes in Court

A judge has ruled that Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk, will be allowed to wear street clothes during his trial, but must be physically restrained.

According to the court decision, made by Judge Tony Graf during a virtual court hearing on Monday, Robinson will be permitted to wear street clothes despite facing serious charges.

Charlie Kirk was assassinated during a speaking engagement at Utah Valley University in September, leading to a 33-hour manhunt before Robinson surrendered to police.

Utah County attorney Jeff Gray said they will seek the death penalty in this case.
