Elaine Hendrix on Vegan Living and Her Career
Actress Elaine Hendrix, known for her role as Meredith Blake in the 1998 remake of Disney's The Parent Trap, has transformed from a silver screen schemer to an animal advocate and dynamic dancer.
In The Parent Trap, Hendrix plays the gold-digging, manipulative fiancée of Dennis Quaid's character, Nick Parker. Her character is referred to as "Cruella De Vil" by Parker's twin daughters, Annie and Hallie, played by Lindsay Lohan.
While her movie character may have earned comparison to the antagonist in the animated classic 101 Dalmatians, the actress is a far cry from the cruel cartoon character.
Hendrix has also participated in Dancing With the Stars and credits plant-based living with fueling her body, mind, and career.
