Steve Martin and Steven Tyler Collaborate on New Project
Steve Martin has revealed a surprising new collaboration with Aerosmith's Steven Tyler.
Martin, 80, discussed the collaboration on an episode of "The View" on October 30, calling it "weird".
"That was weird,"
he said, explaining how it came about. Martin received a call from his agent saying Tyler, 77, wanted to reach him.
According to Martin, Tyler texted him to play the banjo on an acoustic re-release of his old song "My Only Angel", featuring English singer YUNGBLUD.
Martin previously shared the text exchange on Instagram on October 23.
