Dylan Browne McMonagle Crowned Irish Champion Jockey
Dylan Browne McMonagle traveled from California to the Curragh to collect his Champion Jockey title, surrounded by his proud family and team.
The Letterkenny jockey had a remarkable season with 95 flat winners, surpassing six-time Champion Jockey Colin Keane.
Recently, Dylan achieved a stunning upset win at the Breeders Cup Turf event, guiding Ethical Diamond to victory in the $5 million contest for trainer Willie Mullins.
“We’ve been working towards this all year, to get over the line is great. To get back here to collect the trophy was very good after a special night last night. It’s unbelievable.”
