Mayo People of the Year Winners 2025
The 31st annual Mayo People of the Year Awards have been announced, with 22 awards to be presented at a gala banquet in Breaffy House Hotel, Castlebar.
The recipients include Cora Mulroy, managing director and marketing manager at Mayo Leisure Point, among others.

The old bacon factory site in Castlebar was purchased in 1989 by her late father, a building contractor.
Today, Mayo Leisure Point is celebrating over 30 years in business, after the Mulroy family decided to open a bowling alley on the site.
Awards will be presented on Friday night, November 21, at the gala banquet.
