Cygnet Energy Enters into Agreement to Acquire Kiwetinohk Energy Corp.
Cygnet Energy Ltd., a private exploration and production company, has entered into a definitive arrangement agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding common shares of Kiwetinohk Energy Corp. for C$24.75 per share in cash.
The Acquisition consideration is approximately C$1.4 billion, inclusive of equity and net debt to be assumed, and brings together two complementary asset bases, creating a combined company with greater scale and enhanced operational synergies.
