Future Uncertain for North Bay Mayor
Political science professor David Edward Tabachnick states that the findings against North Bay's mayor are serious and unlikely to be forgotten soon.
Despite attempts by the mayor to downplay their significance, Tabachnick says Mayor Peter Chirico has acted in an "unethical manner".
It seems fairly clear that in some specific instances, the mayor has breached parts of ethics or the Integrity Act for politicians.
However, Tabachnick believes Chirico may yet salvage his political career, as
politics is a rough and tumble sport, and you need a very thick skin to succeed.
