CVC DIF and Jersey Telecom have acquired Manx Telecom from Basalt Infrastructure Partners.
Infrastructure fund manager CVC DIF has invested through the DIF Infrastructure VIII fund.

- The company was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in the Isle of Man.
